Do you want to have a good shape of body just like J Lo does? If you do, it’s not only diet management you need to do. You also need to do some exercises. It’s not once a week work out but you need to do it routinely everyday. Well, you can do it in five days a week and have a break on weekend. But at least, you need to do it for 2 hours a day. When you think that you have done everything but that fat still stuck on your body, you probably do the wrong exercise. It doesn’t mean that your program is not good but maybe it just because it isn’t suitable for you. To solve this problem, it’s better for you to join with fitness program in the gym. By joining this program, you can have a personal trainer. He/ she will help you in doing the right exercise to burn your fat. Discipline is the most important thing in doing any fitness program. If you can’t control yourself, you can ask your trainer to warn you when you start to loosen up yourself. The bottom line is whatever fitness program you have, you need to have strong commitment in doing that program. |
